What is in a Sensa Box?
We are constantly on the hunt for our favourite sensory items that we know will be useful for your kids to have a positive sensory experience. Every month, we put together our favourite collection of 6-8 relevant items to keep your sensory toolbox fresh and up to date. Check out our social media and blogs for sneak peeks of what we like and box reveals from past months.
What age group is the Sensa Box for?
We look for items best suited for children ages 4-14 years old, though we all know each child has their very own special competencies and exceptionalities so this is more of a general guideline. There are plenty of items perfectly suited for children of ALL ages. If you’re still unsure, checkout our social media.
How does shipping work?
We ship boxes out on the 5th day of every month using Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Boxes are insured and have tracking numbers for you to know the moment it hits your doorstep.
Can I send this as a gift to someone?
Definitely! You may gift a 3- or 6-month subscription to anyone you'd like. Just check the tickbox that appears when you select prepay and you're subscription will only last for that term and will not renew. Your loved one will also have the opportunity to take over the subscription if they want to continue with us. Make sure you enter the correct shipping and billing addresses on checkout!
I can use PayPal on everything except the subscription box, what's the deal?

How does billing work?
When you order your first box, your card will be charged immediately. If you place your order before midnight of the last day of the month, your box will be shipped on the 5th day of the following month. Thereafter, your card will be charged on the 15th day of every month.
If you purchase a 3-month or 6-month prepay, your card will also be charged immediately for the listed amount, but you will not be charged again until your renewal in 3 or 6 months, respectively.
What happens if I don’t like my box?
We want to hear from you! Your feedback is so important to us and is the biggest key to us being able to provide better items every month. Drop us a note at email@example.com and tell us what you’d like to see or what went wrong - we’ll do everything we can to make it right!
What happens if I love my box?
We want to hear from you! Again, we love talking with our kids and parents and getting your feedback. Send us a note, share on social, or use your discount code to pass on to another friend or parent - you’ll get rewarded on your next order.
Do you ship to the US or international?
We ship all across Canada and the continental US - we're a Canadian team working day and night to reach you if you're outside of contiguous North America. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when we launch in your area for early access and exclusive discounts.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, you may cancel your subscription at any time. You can also pause it for a period of time if you just want to skip a month or two while keeping your account active. Just remember you’ll need to cancel/pause before your billing renewal.
